Uses
Chase™ Mole and Gopher Repellent effectively rids lawns, gardens and planting areas of moles, gophers, voles, armadillos and other burrowing animals.

When & Where to Use
Apply as directed below when tunnels or cone shaped mounds appear in soil from early spring to late fall. To determine if tunnels are active, flatten tunnels and examine in 24-48 hours. Active tunnels will reappear and should be re-flattened after Chase is applied. As moles begin to react to Chase, increased tunneling activity may even be noted.

Directions
Note: If soil is dry, water for fifteen minutes before applying Chase.
Shake or stir well before using and add to sprayer at rate of one ounce of Chase per gallon of water.

Begin spraying Chase to area, using a systematic routine to assure full coverage. In order to ensure complete treatment, it's recommended that you slightly overlap each area.

Areas larger than 50’ X 100’ may be more effectively treated on successive days (or even with several days between) in sections roughly one third of the total area, beginning with the one farthest from the desired exit point.

To help spread Chase evenly, occasionally check the see through bottle stripe to determine usage and the amount remaining to be applied.

After application, water the treated area for fifteen minutes to speed penetration of Chase. Avoid excess water since it may cause Chase to be rinsed away.
